S.H.I.B.A Armories

If you have a blaster that you would like built to S.H.I.B.A Pro specs, please contact our head builder (j450n.9h0@gmail.com) to sort out all of the details. All 3D printed blasters will be printed in high strength materials and can utilize any kit or part requested (given availability).

Building Process

If commissioned from us, all 3D printed blasters are printed on a Prusa I3 mk.3s. Our printer's software and hardware are always kept up to date, and we have dialed in the temperature and z-axis settings so that every print comes out strong, with as few blemishes as possible.

All of our blasters and parts are printed out of Polymaker branded PLA+ and PETG, a brand we trust and use in our personal builds. Each printer has accurate temperature settings to make sure that each layer adheres well to the one below it, resulting in an overall stronger part. Tune-ups are also conducted once every other month to ensure that all of the timing belts are properly tightened and all bearings greased, helping to reduce vibrations while printing.

After printing, blaster parts are post processed and inspected for any major blemishes. Given our perfectionist builder, if a part shows any amount of warping, under-extrusion, filament blobs or any other flaw, you can rest assured that the part will be reprinted at no cost to the buyer. We have assembled an array of different blasters and has more than adequate knowledge on both springer and flywheel platforms. You can view blasters we have produced and sold here.
